4. I am unable to “Pay”, please help!
The issue is likely to be caused by one of the following situations:
- Your payment is rejected by the bank–> Please double check if correct payee account has been input.
- The transfer limit of your FPS/ bank account has been used up. –> You need to contact your bank to adjust the limit in order to proceed for FPS payment.
